The Chairman of the CommonwealthObserver Group for the Tanzanian presidential election which held yesterday, Goodluck Jonathanwas pictured having a discussion with some of Tanzania’s election monitoring group right before the commencement of the elections.
The Ex-Nigerian President seemed very composed and ready to do his job of monitoring a peaceful and transparent elections.
